How to Make a Charity Flowchart In Google Docs
A charity is a non-profit organization that does volunteer works just to raise funds for the people in need most of the help. It may only be a small group, a large foundation, or a typical individual who has a passion for serving and lending a hand to those who need it the most. To accomplish a charity work, you need a flowchart that will guide you to become heroes.
Google Docs gives you the freedom to make your charity flowchart with its sure tools. You won’t worry about operating it because it is just like any other word document software. Set up a charity to save and inspire more lives. Follow the guidelines below to start organizing help.
1. Name Charity Works
Be acquainted with the contributions made by charities and how they are accumulated. Determine what the feasible ways to help a beneficiary, contribute voluntarily, and to start this movement are. Create a plan that will establish your pathway in entering a volunteer organization as you keep in mind the charity works that you are capable of pulling off.
2. Organize the Flowchart
Build your charity flowchart in Google Docs by graphing a network of lines and shapes. Organize the structure of the flow in the software’s virtual sketch pad. Maximize the derivable instruments in the menu pane. Customize the sizes and colors of the same shapes identically to stress the different parts of the charity process.
3. Stuff the Chart
Fill out the chart with the step by step process of charity work. If you are to organize fundraising, the flowchart must be composed of an event flow or acceptance of a donation. Complete it the possible feedbacks you can get from a suggested sponsor or a comment on the doability of the work. This way, you can see how your charity will progress, and when will you be able to meet the needs of your beneficiary.
4. Complete the Flowchart
Look at your flowchart. What does it lack? Is it information about a process? Is it the liveliness of the chart? Review your chart to know what more can you add to enhance your charity flowchart? If it information, make it more detailed. If it is a design, you can put them. You may place your charity logo in it to signify that it is an official flowchart of your charity works so everyone who wants to be involved should follow.
5. Print to Distribute
There’s no need to manually save your document because Google Docs backs you up while you are constructing your charity flowchart. Put into use your printable chart in every station of your charity work. Distribute them to the event committee or share it with the whole foundation so everyone can utilize it as a guide.
