Lesson Plan & Flow

Introduction (5 minutes): The teacher will introduce the lesson topic and explain why it is important to introduce yourself in Spanish.
Brainstorm (5 minutes): The teacher will ask students what they need to introduce themselves. The teacher will write students’ responses on the board (name, age, where they’re from, etc.).
Practice (10 minutes): The teacher will provide students with a worksheet with sentences in Spanish that they can complete with their own information. The teacher will walk around the room and provide assistance if needed.
Group Activity (5 minutes): The teacher will divide students into groups of three and assign each group a topic to present. The topics will include: name, age, where they’re from, family, hobbies, etc.
Presentation (5 minutes): Students will present their topics in Spanish to the class. The teacher will provide feedback.
Wrap-up (5 minutes): The teacher will review the lesson and ask students to share what they learned.
