1. Structure Your Checklist Logically

Whether you're a student or an employee, you must have a checklist that is well-structured so as to guide you effectively. Therefore, divide your checklist into separate sections and make sure each item is relevant to whichever section you will place it in to. This way, you assure yourself that you understand the things that you need to cover as part of your objectives. 

2.  Clarify Your Objectives

One of the most important things you'll need in creating a checklist is to determine your objectives. Decide whether you want to use it for monitoring the construction of your industrial project, audit a business report, or to conduct a survey. As soon as you have already determined your goal, determine the measurable results or other information that the checklist should produce. 

3. Use Simple And Unbiased Questions

Open your Apple Numbers using MAC or any device and create a new file. Select the cells you want to format. In the format slide-bar, click on the "Cell tab" and click the "Data Format" pop-up menu and choose "Checkbox" or "Star Rating". If you want to add sliders of steppers, you click on the cell tab and choose slider or stepper on the Data Format pop-up menu. If you're going to use pop-up menus, do the same process, but you have to choose "Pop-Up Menu" on the same pop-up menu. Once you think you're done, you can either print it immediately or save it as a template.
