Part of living a healthy lifestyle is eating the right kind of food, the ones that contain a good amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and other essential nutrients. When creating your mind map, you may arrange the different food or dishes according to their nutritional value. An example of this is placing pork or any meat under protein, and placing fish under calcium or omega-3. And if you're planning to go vegan, you can organize your food into groups instead, namely: fruits, vegetables, bread, and milk alternatives.
On the other hand, we have unhealthy food which includes fast food, junk food, and those high in preservatives. On your mind map, make sure that these are distinguishable from the healthy ones.
