I worked for this position for the past 5 years. I helped the HR department in improving their recruitment strategies and hiring process. Before I started my employment there, they had existing company policies and guidelines, which I revised and reinforced due to their shortcomings. I also partook in employee evaluations for reference in establishing effective training and skill development programs.
