It is one of the most active student organizations in the school. Its by-laws require the members to meet at least once a week and the officers are obliged to submit a report every other week to their adviser. The organization is also required to participate in all major school activities, which requires a lot of planning and organizing. As the organization adviser, I have seen how [HE/SHE] was able to manage the affairs of [HIS/HER] organization with enthusiasm and efficiency while keeping [HIS/HER] grades in check.
Aside from [HIS/HER] remarkable performance as the leader of the organization, [HE/SHE] has also displayed brilliant academic performance. [HE/SHE] has been a consistent honor student in [HIS/HER] class and has participated in several academic competitions in [HIS/HER] junior year.

In my fifteen years of teaching, I know only a few students who have the same dedication and compassion that [HE/SHE] has. [HE/SHE] believes in doing things right and influences his/her peers with [HIS/HER] can-do attitude.
When I think of all the qualities I admire in an individual - integrity, determination, tenacity, hard work, and leadership - I think of [NAME]. I was not surprised to discover that [HE/SHE] was nominated for a leadership award at the National Youth Leadership Conference.
