Good day!

I am writing to cancel my appointment with you, which is originally scheduled for a particular date due to unforeseen circumstances. I would like to reschedule the meeting soon. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the date and time as of now. However, I will call you once my schedule is clear so as to set up and confirm a new appointment with the company and proceed onto addressing my concerns.
